West Plains Bank and Trust Company, rooted in Howell County since 1883, first announced plans to join the Willow Springs Community in 2018. A temporary facility was located on Main Street and the Willow Springs Branch team began serving customers in October of that year. Construction on the permanent facility started right away with doors opening to customers on Dec. 30, 2019.
The entire community was invited for a grand opening in February 2020. Following that celebration, our bankers continue to celebrate the many friends who continue to come through the doors to experience our unique style of community banking. We love serving our community through volunteering and donating to organizations, events and causes that are meaningful to the people in our area.
In 2019, a Willow Springs Bears debit card was introduced. Each time one of these cards is used to make purchases at a retailer, West Plains Bank and Trust Company gives back to Willow Springs Schools. Click to learn more about our community card program.
