The community of Houston, Mo., warmly welcomed West Plains Bank and Trust Company in February 2021, when a Loan Production Office was opened in a temporary location. By June of that same year, the announcement was made that full-service banking was now available. Construction on a permanent facility started right away, with doors opening to customers on Nov. 14, 2022.
The entire community was invited for a grand opening in February 2023. Since that time, the Houston Branch team has welcomed many residents from in and around Houston to experience our unique style of community banking. We love serving our community through volunteering and donating to organizations, events and causes that are meaningful to the people in our area.
In 2022, a Houston Tiger debit card was introduced. Each time one of these cards is used to make purchases at a retailer, West Plains Bank and Trust Company gives back to Houston Schools. Click to learn more about our community card program.
