1.  Part-Time Teller:

Position Description
 
In addition to the skills and abilities outlined in the Teller Job Description, the person in this particular position is required to possess the following:
  • Provide service according to established Bank standards and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Establish and maintain knowledge of bank products, services, and technology in order to effectively educate customers
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently
  • As necessary, complete required reporting and forms in a timely manner
  • Verify cash and balance vault, service/balance coin machine and ATM, successfully operate work scanning system
  • Follow Bank Secrecy Act and other regulatory requirements related to the position
  • Participate in trainings and continuing education
  • Ability to lift count bags weighing between 10 and 50 pounds
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
  • Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations
  • Ability to read and learn written procedures and policies and the ability to apply them as appropriate, arriving at acceptable decisions
  • Ability to maintain compusure and professionalism while working with the public
