  • Ability to read and understand loan documents
  • Understanding of basic lending terms; i.e. interest, principal, etc.
  • Working closely with loan officers and underwriter to originate loan
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely
  • Above average math skills
  • Ability to ask questions
